Program Description
Complete Training at Bridger Fitness is our flagship program and one of Etna, WY's best fitness classes for building lifelong results. Programming intentionally includes all components of fitness for health, fitness and longevity.
Each week includes varied classes with warm ups, skill work, and workouts that improve every area of fitness including speed, strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. You’ll learn technique and progress at your own pace while practicing foundational barbell and dumbbell movements like squats, presses, deadlifts, bench press, and core work. The result is better performance, more confidence, and a strong base for everything else you do.
