At Bridger Fitness we know that nutrition coaching is not a one size fits all approach. We’ll start with an in-person or phone meeting to determine your goals and a program that fits your personality and meets you where you are at. Next, a plan will be developed specifically for you. Weekly check-ins, tips on creating habits, accountability and motivation will all be part of the process.
